Pagenda Pricing for Companies
Pagenda is 100% free of charge for candidates seeking employment.
For Companies and Employers wishing to recruit international professionals,
posting job listings,
receiving applications,
contacting candidates and
conducting the application process
is also free of charge.
Administrative procedure fee
Once you have reached a basic agreement on working together with a candidate, an Administrative procedure fee of €2,500.00 (net) plus expenses (in particular the fees of €411.00 paid in advance for the official decision and any necessary translations of documents) is charged for carrying out the administrative procedure.
A basic agreement is reached as soon as you inform us that you wish to enter into an employment relationship with the employee. It is not necessary to conclude or sign an employment contract. For further details, please refer to our employer terms and conditions. Please note that this process is handled seamlessly by one of our partner law firms. Pagenda is not legally permitted to offer legal services or carry out the official procedure on your behalf.
Success fee
A fee for Pagenda's placement services is only charged if the candidate actually starts working for you. When the candidate starts work, a one-off net payment equal to two gross monthly salaries is due. For further details, please refer to our employer terms and conditions.
Premium services
In addition, you can book additional paid services, such as a language and integration course for the skilled worker or a review or revision of your employment contract with regard to the specifics of international recruitment (->To the premium services).
